Eminem and Rihanna's performance of their hit duet Love The Way You Lie has been crowned as the best of the 2010 VMAs.Fans hit our US site and voted in their thousands for their favourite performance of the evening and it was Em's show-opening display of Not Afraid and his collaboration with RiRi that received the biggest percentage of the total vote.

The rapper, who has stated that he had to learn how to rap again after his prescription drug addiction took home 34% of the vote while Taylor Swift came a close second place after getting 24% for her song Innocent.
Perhaps the biggest upset of the poll was third place, which was given to Nicki Minaj for her performance at the pre-show beating Kanye West and Linkin Park who finished in fourth and fifth positions.
The two performers with the least number of votes was normal fan favourite Justin Bieber and rapper Drake, who's fans may have voted for Em and RiRi's performance over theirs
