Tornadoes Kill Nearly 300 In The Southeast!!!

On April 28, 2011 Tragedies hit Tuscaloosa, Alabama when a huge tornado hit leaving 300 people dead, and tons of damage. Not only did the tornado hit Alabama it hit 6 other states and the total of deaths were counted at 294 added on to the 300 that died in Alabama, Two victims in Alabama were college students that’s all they released of the victims. The surviving had no electricity for days and were stuck using candles and flash lights and etc.
Gov. Robert Bentley and many others gathered the Thursday after the tragic that happened and talked about how they were going to deal with damage and recovery effort. He said that the entire state of Alabama had been turned up side when this tornado came through and took life`s and caused all this damage that had happen on that Wednesday. He also said that the tragic affects him emotionally and when he fly’s over Tuscaloosa it’s very difficult. The south had endured the second deadliest tornado in the history since 1950, and it was caused by cool temperatures and vertical winds.
Witnesses said it was a silent monster and couldn’t believe it had happen so quick it will take them a while to repair and realize what has happen to the town of Tuscaloosa. It’s a very sad thing that had to happen to them not only them but 6 other states in just the matter of 24 hours it’s a sad then, it could have been me in that tornado or anybody else but it chose them.
The college that had been hit they said they got everybody out but two people had lost their life`s which it is a sad thing that out of all the students that they were the only 2 that passed away but things happen.  The gov. of Alabama had issued 2,000 national guard troops out after the tornado had happen but might have to send more if needed, The gov. of Mississippi said he has also activated the national guard. National guards spokesman Tom Crosson in Washington said about 120 troops were in Mississippi and 50 more in Arkansas.
More than 1,700 people were treated for injuries at trauma centers in hospitals in Alabama, including those treated and released. Someone had started a face book page that allowed people to claim photos and documents found strewn by the storm.  It’s the time for tornados to hit but I didn’t think that there were so many that happen in two weeks and about three weeks of just warnings and watches I really hope that there won’t be that many for a while but I doubt that will happen. It is very said that this tragic happen in just 24 hours and the sad thing for me is that I have friends that live there and I could of lost them and it’s just amazing that mother nature can do to the world in just a matter of seconds it’s unbelievable.   The world just needs to come together and help out those who are less fortunate now.
